Food is amazing. Ambiance has a lot going on, but it's interesting and my 4 year old was especially intrigued. Service was good but not stand out.

We had a great little evening at Haveli! We arrived at 5:45 and were seated. There was another group ordering before us. Our server was very kind and attentive and as helpful as possible with only him servicing the restaurant. The other table was a bit time demanding but he balanced us both well. Throughout our meal many came in for takeout and even more started piling in for dinner service. By the time we left most of the tables were taken. The food was great! Not the most amazing Indian food I have ever had (I'll reserve that for London Indian Scene until I can make it out to India itself). But the flavors were delicious and full of spices. I wanted something spicy for my husband (who cannot take much spice without sweating bullets) and the server suggest American spicy. I typically enjoy a 7/10 on the indian spice scale and I would say this was about a 4/10. Perfect for people with less spice tolerance. The naan was crispy which is how I like it so I was very happy. Sadly they were out of the rose drink I love - but my mango lassi was a nice replacement. The only negative comment was that there was no music playing in the restaurant, which was a bit strange but maybe their system wasn't working or something of the sort. Overall, I recommend carving out some time to visit and order some delicious items!

In my opinion, Haveli is some of the best Indian food Reno has to offer. The food is always super fresh and tastes like they use good quality ingredients, it gives me a homemade feel every time we go! Literally any dish you get will be flavorful, seasoned and filling. The vegetarian dishes are fresh, the meat dishes are savory and rich in the best way. The chicken pakora is such a great appetizer as well, and goes great with the tamarind dipping sauce. The menu isn't flooded and makes for an easy dining experience. The service is also HELLA good. They make it a point to ensure you are always taken care of in a timely manner, and they never make you feel bad for pressing the button to call them over. The restaurant is also a beautiful, fun space with a ton of decoration. It helps when the food can be accompanied with an ambiance that goes along with it. We come here anytime we want to have Indian food and aren't looking for the buffet. You will not regret skipping at-home dinner for a trip to Haveli. (you'll be going nuts when you dip the paneer naan in the chicken tikka masala!)

I have had Indian food many times before, but never have ever dined in at a restaurant before. Walking into Haveli's, it was very elegantly decorated and had an authenticity setting to the restaurant that I liked. The customer service on the other hand was very stern and solo; we got sat down with menus, waters and then the waiter left to back. Thankfully we were able to find a "high-seat" so my child could sit as well. We went ahead and ordered the Butter Chicken, Shrimp Tikka Masala, Golgappe for our appetizer and of course some naan with a side of rice. When everything came out, it was mouthing watering from there. I loved every dish! It was very delicious, tasty and flavored with their spices. Dipping the naan in the sauces that the chicken and shrimp came in, just makes me want that alone again! The service might have not all been there, but they definitely let their food do the talking for them. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend Haveli's if you are in the mood for Indian Cuisine. Thank you!

Oh my goodness, the butter chicken is the best I have ever eaten. I could just eat naan and the butter chicken sauce and be happy. The chicken is tender and so good with the cream sauce. I always get mild as I can't handle the heat. Another favorite is the Vegetable Samosas again they are to die for. Especially when you dip them in the two sauces that come with it. Or dip them in both for an extra tasty bite. Indeed, these tasty morsels of crispy goodness could be eaten for a meal by themselves. The garlic naan is so tasty. I do wish they would make a dessert naan. I had one once that was almond and cherry. Baigan Bharta is my all-time favorite dish of all. It is so yummy here. It is of course a vegetarian dish. It is made of eggplant. I don't usually care for eggplant but this dish will have you begging for more. I keep thinking I will try something new on the menu. Maybe one day I will be able to resist the butter chicken and the Baigan Bharta. If they ever bring back their buffet I will have to go so I can try all their different dishes. The employees and owners are always so kind and willing to help and explain. They of course, always ask what the heat level you desire. I am so glad this restaurant is so close. Indian food is one of my all-time favorite cuisines ever. If you have never had butter chicken I highly suggest you try it with the appetizer of vegetable samosas, naan, and a mango lassi. Trust me you will be in food heaven.
